Get Career Training (CTE)

Industry professionals with years of real-world, on-the-job experience prepare students in our Career Technical Education (CTE) program for entry-level employment, career advancement, and industry certification. The CTE program serves adults. Students must be at least 18 years old and cannot be enrolled in a high school.

How To Enroll: 
  • Visit our website for the next enrollment date for the desired program.  
  • Visit either North Valley OC or East Valley Skills Center on or after the enrollment date provided on the website to sign-up for a STEP (Student Tools for Educational Pathways) course. 
  • Please note: all students must complete a mandatory STEP class prior to being enrolled in any of our classes. The STEP class is competed in a week. 
  • Completion of a STEP class will be valid for a year. The STEP class will need to be retaken after a year from the date of completion. 
  • All registration will be on a first come first serve basis until the class is full. Once the class(es) are full, you will need to visit our campus on the next enrollment date for the desired program.  We are no longer holding names on interest lists.
